Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Cincinnati-Blue Ash By Ihg, Blue Ash

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had some issues, but the location and service were fantastic. Dining was good, but not outstanding. The facilities were decent overall.

The hotel's location was perfect, ideal for attending planned events and enjoying evenings with friends. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, although there were some issues with breakfast service timings. The dining experience fell short during my 4-day stay, ending early on weekends. The room had some clicking noises, but the pool and service were excellent overall.

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great with nearby gas stations, highways, and fast food restaurants, making it convenient for my planned events. However, the room was on the smaller side and had some issues with the machinery making noises all night. The friendly service was a highlight, although the dining experience left much to be desired with expired milk being served.
